Andrew is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Endurance, and is responsible for overseeing capital raising, leading the firm’s deal-level execution, and business development efforts. Andrew also oversees the due diligence/closing process and the implementation of the business plan/asset management post closing. Andrew has over a decade of multifamily investment experience across numerous geographies and investment strategies. Andrew began his career as a multifamily acquisitions associate at Outlier Realty Capital in Washington D.C.. As the company’s third employee, Andrew was integral in scaling the platform and deployed over $160M of capital into multifamily assets across the DC/Maryland/Virginia (“DMV”) area. At Outlier, Andrew was responsible for sourcing and underwriting acquisitions opportunities and oversaw the capitalization of each deal through working with agencies, bridge lenders, and LP equity providers. Andrew then served as a Senior Associate of Multifamily Development at SomeraRoad, Inc.. Andrew led the development and underwriting process for all of the firm’s multifamily and mixed-use development projects, which spanned over 2K units comprising ~$1B in total capitalization, covering projects located in Nashville, Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Indianapolis, and Kansas City. Andrew also led the debt and equity capitalization of the projects, helping secure over $325M of construction financing and LP equity. In addition, Andrew oversaw the asset management of the company’s stabilized multifamily portfolio. Andrew graduated with a B.B.A. from George Washington University.
