Andrew is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Endurance, responsible for capital raising, deal execution, and business development. He also oversees due diligence and closing processes, as well as business plan implementation and asset management following acquisition.
With more than a decade of multifamily investment experience across numerous geographies and strategies, Andrew has played an integral role in scaling platforms and executing institutional-quality transactions.
He began his career as a Multifamily Acquisitions Associate at Outlier Realty Capital in Washington, D.C., where he was the firm’s third employee and helped scale the platform by deploying more than $160 million of capital into multifamily assets across the D.C./Maryland/Virginia (“DMV”) region. At Outlier, he sourced and underwrote acquisitions and oversaw capitalization efforts in collaboration with agencies, bridge lenders, and institutional LP equity providers.
Andrew later served as a Senior Associate of Multifamily Development at SomeraRoad, Inc., where he led the development and underwriting process for the firm’s multifamily and mixed-use projects – totaling more than 2,000 units and approximately $1 billion in total capitalization – across markets including Nashville, Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Indianapolis, and Kansas City. He also structured and secured over $325 million of construction financing and LP equity, while overseeing the asset management of the company’s stabilized multifamily portfolio.
