Andrew is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Endurance, and is responsible for overseeing capital raising, leading the firm’s deal-level execution, and business development efforts. Andrew also oversees the due diligence/closing process and the implementation of the business plan/asset management post closing. Andrew has over a decade of multifamily investment experience across numerous geographies and investment strategies. Andrew began his career as a multifamily acquisitions associate at Outlier Realty Capital in Washington D.C.. As the company’s third employee, Andrew was integral in scaling the platform and deployed over $160M of capital into multifamily assets across the DC/Maryland/Virginia (“DMV”) area. At Outlier, Andrew was responsible for sourcing and underwriting acquisitions opportunities and oversaw the capitalization of each deal through working with agencies, bridge lenders, and LP equity providers. Andrew then served as a Senior Associate of Multifamily Development at SomeraRoad, Inc.. Andrew led the development and underwriting process for all of the firm’s multifamily and mixed-use development projects, which spanned over 2K units comprising ~$1B in total capitalization, covering projects located in Nashville, Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Indianapolis, and Kansas City. Andrew also led the debt and equity capitalization of the projects, helping secure over $325M of construction financing and LP equity. In addition, Andrew oversaw the asset management of the company’s stabilized multifamily portfolio. Andrew graduated with a B.B.A. from George Washington University.

Will is Endurance’s Director of Acquisitions, where he is responsible for sourcing, underwriting and executing on multifamily acquisitions opportunities. Additionally, Will oversees the capitalization of each deal and is responsible for asset management responsibilities post closing. Will’s multifamily investment experience spans multiple geographies and capital strategies. Will began his career in the asset management/portfolio management group at The Related Companies, where he was responsible for performing financial reporting and analysis for the firm’s 50K+ unit multifamily portfolio. Will then served as a Multifamily Development Analyst at SomeraRoad, Inc., where he was responsible for performing acquisitions/development underwriting, market research, and led the preparation of company/investor presentations/materials. Additionally, Will was responsible for asset managing the company’s stabilized multifamily portfolio. Most recently, will worked on the investments team at Northwind Group, a NYC-based private real estate firm focused on debt and equity strategies. Will’s responsibilities included underwriting real estate credit investments for the firm’s debt fund spanning all asset types and overseeing the asset management/loan servicing of the firm’s existing loan portfolio. In addition, Will was responsible for asset managing the firm’s equity portfolio, comprised of multifamily and office properties throughout Manhattan. Will graduated with a B.A. from the University of Michigan and holds a masters degree with distinction in Real Estate Finance from New York University.

Rod serves as Endurance’s Head of Operations, where he is responsible for asset management, corporate operations, and investor relations. Additionally, Rod assists on deal structuring and the closing process for new acquisitions. He has spent his career working on a diverse range of real estate asset classes and geographies. Rod started his career at SomeraRoad, Inc. early in the company’s startup phase, where he rose to VP and led the firm’s closings, investor relations, and corporate operations. He contributed to every acquisition, refinance, and sale during his four years there, working on 50+ transactions. Rod managed all investor communications between the firm and 200 HNWI’s, family offices, and institutional partners. He also oversaw an operations team that was responsible for scaling the company, doubling the headcount, and expanding their national reach helping grow SomeraRoad’s AUM from $150M to $1.5B during his tenure. Rod also assisted on asset management duties for their Kansas City offices and stabilized multifamily in Chicago. Most recently, Rod worked at Keyway Real Estate as Operations Manager where he oversaw the asset management of the firm’s NNN Medical Office fund. At Keyway, Rod applied his institutional expertise and background to a startup, improving their communications with investors, lenders, and tenants. Rod received a B.S. with a Finance concentration from Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego, CA.
