Andrew is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Endurance, responsible for capital raising, deal execution, and business development. He also oversees due diligence and closing processes, as well as business plan implementation and asset management following acquisition.

With more than a decade of multifamily investment experience across numerous geographies and strategies, Andrew has played an integral role in scaling platforms and executing institutional-quality transactions.

He began his career as a Multifamily Acquisitions Associate at Outlier Realty Capital in Washington, D.C., where he was the firm’s third employee and helped scale the platform by deploying more than $160 million of capital into multifamily assets across the D.C./Maryland/Virginia (“DMV”) region. At Outlier, he sourced and underwrote acquisitions and oversaw capitalization efforts in collaboration with agencies, bridge lenders, and institutional LP equity providers.

Andrew later served as a Senior Associate of Multifamily Development at SomeraRoad, Inc., where he led the development and underwriting process for the firm’s multifamily and mixed-use projects – totaling more than 2,000 units and approximately $1 billion in total capitalization – across markets including Nashville, Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Indianapolis, and Kansas City. He also structured and secured over $325 million of construction financing and LP equity, while overseeing the asset management of the company’s stabilized multifamily portfolio.

Andrew earned a B.B.A. from The George Washington University.

Will is Endurance’s Managing Director of Investments, responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and executing the firm’s multifamily investment opportunities. He also oversees the capitalization of each transaction and manages all asset management functions following closing.

Will’s multifamily investment experience spans multiple geographies and capital strategies. He began his career in the asset and portfolio management group at The Related Companies, where he was responsible for financial reporting and analysis for the firm’s 50K+ unit multifamily portfolio. He later served as a Multifamily Development Analyst at SomeraRoad, Inc., where he focused on acquisitions and development underwriting, market research, and investor presentation preparation, while also asset managing the company’s stabilized multifamily assets.

Most recently, Will was part of the investments team at Northwind Group, a NYC–based private real estate firm focused on debt and equity strategies. His responsibilities included underwriting real estate credit investments for the firm’s debt fund – spanning all major asset types – and overseeing the asset management and servicing of the existing loan portfolio. He also assisted in asset-managing the firm’s equity portfolio, which comprised multifamily and office properties throughout Manhattan.

Will earned a B.A. from the University of Michigan and a Master’s degree with distinction in Real Estate Finance from New York University.

Rod serves as Endurance’s Managing Director of Operations, responsible for corporate operations, investor relations, and asset management. He also assists with deal structuring and leads the closing process for new acquisitions.

Rod’s career spans a diverse range of real estate asset classes and markets. He began his career at SomeraRoad, Inc. during the company’s early growth phase, where he rose to Vice President and led the firm’s closings, investor relations, and corporate operations. Over four years, he contributed to more than 50 transactions, including every acquisition, refinance, and sale executed during his tenure.

At SomeraRoad, Rod managed investor communications across a base of more than 200 HNWI’s, family offices, and institutional partners. He also oversaw an operations team that helped scale the company – doubling its headcount, expanding its national footprint, and growing AUM from $150 million to $1.5 billion. In addition, he supported asset management activities for the firm’s Kansas City office portfolio and stabilized multifamily assets in Chicago.

Most recently, Rod served as Operations Manager at Keyway Real Estate, where he oversaw asset management for the firm’s NNN Medical Office fund. At Keyway, he applied his institutional experience to a startup environment, strengthening communications with investors, lenders, and tenants while enhancing operational systems.

Rod earned a B.S. in Finance from Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego, California.
