Our Capabilities

Through our extensive network of owners, operators, brokers, and capital partners across the country, we are able to aggressively source compelling acquisitions opportunities, often before a formal marketing process is launched by the seller.

Over the past decade, our principals have underwritten investment opportunities spanning tens of thousands of multifamily units and have collectively acquired and developed more than 2,500 multifamily units across several geographies. Utilizing a detailed and conservative underwriting approach, we aim to mitigate risk while providing compelling future upside for our investors and partners.

Endurance leads the acquisition due diligence process and works directly with various third-party consultants who are experts in their respective fields to mitigate potential physical, environmental, zoning, title, and legal risks prior to closing on an investment.

Our principals have collectively secured and closed on ~$600M of both debt and equity financing spanning several multifamily investment strategies, including core+, value-add and ground-up development. Endurance sources the debt for each acquisition with a focus on obtaining responsible leverage that enables the property to perform throughout an economic cycle, while still achieving attractive risk-adjusted returns. Our principals have previously closed on financing from government agencies (Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac), local banks, and debt funds.

Endurance implements each business plan with a focus on a hands-on approach to asset management, and methodically assesses opportunities to maximize investor returns. We utilize real-time data and analytics coupled with significant industry experience to evaluate responsible and accretive refinance and/or recapitalization events through the duration of the investment.

While each investment is underwritten with a target hold period, we work collaboratively with our investors and capital partners to opportunistically consider an early exit to maximize investor returns. Endurance leads all aspects of the disposition process.
